Order Processing

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email along with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Shipping charges (if any) for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes across India.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours after your order is confirmed, please contact us.


Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.
